REQUIRED TO JOIN:

I have an event tent 10x10 or smaller

I have proper weights designed for event tents

I have battery operated lights for when it gets dark ( LIGHTS REQUIRED ) and I understand there is no electric hook up

I understand that I will have a designated parking lot to park in after loading in, and that I have to park there BEFORE setting up. I Understand that I MUST park in my designated parking lot only, and no where else.

I understand I must be fully set up at 5:00pm

I understand that there is no early pack

I understand I cannot pack up early before 9pm unless given permission by Britney the manger directly

I understand that no refund will be provided if i cancel, dont show. Refunds are only given if the event is canceled

I understand that Private Oceans North has the right to refuse my set up due to violation of any of these terms, and no refund will be given

I will review all event information that is sent to me the day before, and the day of the event, so everything runs smoothly. I will know where to park after set up before I get there
